After harvest the grapes are sent to the winery and the vinification process is started with total destemming followed by an induced temperature reduction and slight crushing, before the musts are transferred to the stainless steel tanks, to start Fermentation, for 6 days, at a temperature of 25 ° C. Wine aged in stainless steel vats until bottling.
