Candido is a red wine from the Douro region that results from the blend of several batches of ancient harvests from the Quinta da Carolina. It is a wine that is perfect, balanced, polished, with the aromas of ripe fruit, now transformed into aromas of macerated fruits, wonderful woody notes, round and soft tannins, and perfectly balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Candido is a red wine, produced by the blend of red wines from previous harvests of the Quinta da Carolina in the Douro Region.

Old Vines with a blend of red grape varieties, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes:
Candido is a red wine from the Douro region produced for consumers who enjoy aged red wines. This is in perfect shape to be consumed, with very present evolution notes, a wine with aromas of macerated red fruits, notes of freshness and soft wood. Of soft and round tannins, it presents a remarkable balance between notes of evolution and acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
