Tic Tac Merlot is a red wine from the Lisbon wine region that presents a unique aromatic depth and elegance. It displays aromas of wild red fruits, balsamic notes and earthy notes. It presents subtle fragrances to thimme and euchaliptus with hints of pine nuts, silky tannins and an iodized acidity.
Winemaking:
Tic Tac Merlot is a red wine produced with red grapes of Merlot planted in the Lisboa region. The wine has been subjected to a pre-maceration, before the fermentation process, that has occurred in French oak vats, at controlled temperatures. The wine has stayed in new's French oak barrels for 24 months prior to being transferred to stainless steel vats where it has matured for another 24 months prior to being decantated filtrated and bottled.

Tic Tac Merlot is an elegant, subtle and mineral red wine from the vitivinicola region of Lisbon. It presents extraordinary and very delicate notes of wild red fruits, balsamic notes, spices and vanilla complemented with notes of iodine and sodium. It displays very soft, juicy tannins with smoked notes, sliding down to a delicious velvety texture complemented by marine minerality and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
