Cabeca de Toiro Reserva is a structured red wine, loaded with aromatic intensity, ripe red fruits, notes of wood and elegant tannins. It has density, freshness and balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Cabeca de Toiro Reserva is a red wine produced from the red grapes of, Touriga Nacional and Castelão from the wine Region of Tejo. The wine has been submitted to a long maceration at cold prior to being fermented at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to 2 and 3-year-old used's French oak barrels where it stayed for 9 months prior to being bottled.

Touriga Nacional, Castelão.
Tasting Notes:
Cabeca de Toiro Reserva is an elegant red wine, exuberant in aromas of ripe red fruits, intense and complex. It has excellent balsamic notes, nuances of vanilla and balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
