Arché is a red wine of enormous quality and with aromas of ripe and complex red fruits from the estate of Sobroso produced in the Alentejo wine region. It has a velvety texture, notes of dry tobacco leaf, spices and liquorice. It is a red wine with robust, imposing and juicy tannins along with very elegant acidity and great depth.
Winemaking:
Arché Herdade do Sobroso is a red wine produced with red grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, and Touriga Nacional planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 12 months, in contact with lees, prior to being bottled. After bottling the wine has staged for 12 months into the bottle prior to being released.

Tasting Notes:
Arché is a red wine of great exuberance and elegance, intensely aromatic, complex, rich and aromatically complex. It displays notes of very ripe red fruits, balsamic nuances, vanilla, spices and dry tobacco leaf. It is a red wine full of opulent notes, ripe and round tannins and intense and mineral acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
