Mocho Galego Premium is an elegant, fresh and aromatic red wine. It presents notes of ripe black fruits, balsamic hints, silky tannins and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Mocho Galego Premium is a red wine produced with red grapes of Aragonês, Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira planted in the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to American oak barrels for 3 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Aragonês, Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira.
Tasting Notes:
Mocho Galego Premium is a red wine with prominent aromas of ripe black fruits, along with balsamic notes, silky tannins and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
