Conceito Unico is an opulent and vigorous red wine, with an open fruity bouquet and closed tannins from the Demarcada do Douro region. And a red wine of austere and potent character, rich in mineral notes and macerated fruits, wrapped in balsamic notes and polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Conceito Unico is a red wine produced from autochthones red grape varieties of centenary vineyards at the Douro wine region such as Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, and Rufete. After a prolonged, maceration the fermentation has occurred at a controlled temperature in granitic's stone Lagares. The wine has stayed for 22 months in new's French oak barrels. The final batch results from a stage into the bottles for 12 months.

Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, Rufete.
Tasting Notes:
Conceito Unico is a wine of extreme aromatic intensity, with an unusually powerful profile, rich in complexity, aromas, and minerality. It is a wine of great length of mouth, aromas balsamic notes of spices and cigar and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
