Caves São João 97 Anos de História is a red wine produced from red grapes of Baga from the Bairrada wine region. After a gentle press, with total destemming, the grapes were fermented in new's oak vats at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine has aged in new's French oak barrels for 12 months and then 18 more months in cement vats prior to being bottled.

Caves São João 97 Anos de História is a red wine with deep and complex macerated black fruit aromas. Presenting an incredible density, and intense aromas of ripe black fruits, it displays notes of resin, pine, black cherry, plum and blueberries. Its tannins are austere and powerful along with delicious balsamic aromas and balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
Very dark in colour and closed in aroma. The fruit is very expressive in the mouth with elegant and ripe tannins. It has a round aftertaste with chemical and balsamic notes.

Baga ao Sol Unoaked is a robust and structured red wine from the Alentejo wine region. It is a red wine with a silky structure, showing ripe aromas of red fruits, floral fragrances and mineral nuances. It has robust and voluptuous tannins, smooth acidity and an extremely balanced fruity core.
