Messias Quinta do Cachao Reserva is a red wine from the Douro Valley that broads fragrances of ripe red fruits. This bold red wine reveals an extraordinary minerality, freshness and several notes of spices and dark chocolate. It's explosive in the fruit alongside a remarkable acidity.
Winemaking:
Messias Quinta do Cachao Reserva is a red wine from the Douro Region, produced with the classic's grapes of the region as Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinto Cão. The grapes are total destemmed, fermented in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature, and subject to a prolonged maceration. The wine stayed in French and American oak wood for 12 months.

Messias Quinta do Cachao Reserva is a red wine from the Douro Region that is very fresh and punctuated by nuances of spices and toasted. It's a wine that seems more like an explosion of red fruit aromas into the mouth, with a very long finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
