Vinha da Valentina Cabernet Sauvignon is a fruity, elegant, and aromatically broad-spectrum red wine. It displays notes of ripe red fruits, such as plums and cherries, notes of black fruits like figs and blackberries, balsamic touches, and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Vinha da Valentina Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine produced from grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Peninsula de Setubal wine region. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, and it was transferred to French oak barrels where it aged for 4 months prior to being bottled.
