Herdade do Peso Revelado is a very elegant and balanced red wine from the Alentejo wine region. It presents an open aromatic bouquet, with aromas of ripe red fruits and delicate floral fragrances. It features silky and polished tannins, mineral notes and well-designed acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade do Peso Revelado is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, and Syrah from the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process, in stainless steel tanks, the wine is macerated for 12 days and after that stays in used French oaks for 12 months. It was lightly filtered prior to being bottled.

Herdade do Peso Revelado is a red wine with an extraordinary aromatic harmony from the Alentejo wine region. It presents rich and ripe aromas of red fruits, delicate floral notes, and aromas of ripe cherry and plum. It is a red wine with robust and polished tannins, very present mineral nuances and delicious acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
