Quinta do Gradil Sirah is a red wine from the region of Lisboa that presents an intensely aromatic profile and a rich, opulent concentration in ripe red fruits. It is a red wine with intense aromas of red fruits, balsamic perfumes, mineral notes with round tannins and a very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Gradil Sirah is a red wine produced from Syrah red grapes. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine stayed for 14 months in new's French oak barrels prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.
