Monte da Cal is a red wine produced with red grapes of Aragonêz, Trincadeira, Petit Verdot, and Alicante Bouschet planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process, which occurred at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, the wine stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 2 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Monte da Cal is an aromatic and elegant red wine, displaying aromas of ripe red fruits, with prominent plum and cherry notes along with floral fragrances. It displays an extraordinarily balanced aromatic line, brimming with freshness and very smooth acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
