Campolargo Calda Bordaleza is a robust, complex and intensely aromatic red wine. It presents great density in its structure, accompanied by notes of aromas of ripe red fruits, mineral notes, and spicy tannins, along with very well balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Campolargo Calda Bordaleza is a red wine produced from red grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Merlot planted in the wine region of Bairrada. After a gentle pressing, with total destemming, the grapes were fermented, separately, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine has aged in new's French oak barrels, for 18 months, before being blended and bottled.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot.
Tasting Notes:
Campolargo Calda Bordaleza is an elegant, expressive and aromatic red wine. It presents a vast aromatic bouquet, with aromas of red fruits very present, balsamic notes, wood nuances, solid and spicy tannins and an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
