Bio Tostões is an elegant, complex and fruity organic red wine from the Alentejo region. It has an aromatic profile rich in ripe red fruits, showing notes of red plum, cherry and blackberries. It presents polished, vigorous tannins, delicate balsamic notes and polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Bio Tostões is a red wine produced from biological processes, using grape varieties produced by organic means, without the addition of chemicals in the process of maturation of the vines and in the winemaking process. The Bio Tostões wine was produced from Touriga Nacional and Syrah varieties planted in the Alentejo region. After the natural fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it remained for 12 months, before being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Bio Tostões is a delicate, rich and complex red wine. It presents a rich bouquet of ripe red fruits, together with balsamic notes and floral notes. It is a red wine of great quality, with firm tannins that vigorously grasp a very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
