Adega de Palmela Reserva Premium is a red wine that presents a complex aromatic bouquet. It showcases the purity of ripe red fruit flavours, with smoky and vanilla notes, balanced minerality, and elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Adega de Palmela Reserva Premium is a red wine produced from grapes of Castelão, Syrah, Touriga Nacional and Petit Verdot from the Peninsula de Setubal wine region. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where aged for 10 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Adega de Palmela Reserva Premium is an elegant, complex red wine that displays aromas of pure, ripe red fruit. It also exhibits some notes of blackberry jam, vanilla, and balsamic aromas, along with very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
