Terras do Grifo Reserva presents itself as a mature, serious and extraordinarily mature red wine, rich in aromatic freshness. With a concentrated ruby color, this Douro red wine presents an open and mineral bouquet, with notes of black forest fruits and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Grifo Reserva is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grape's varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Francisca, Touriga Franca, and Sousão, from the Douro region. After a long period of maceration, the wine has fermented at controlled temperatures in oak vats where it was continuously and carefully stirred. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to used's French oak barrels, in contact with fine lees, and it has remained for 12 months prior to being stabilized, filtered and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Terras do Grifo Reserva is an extraordinary Douro red wine, intensely aromatic and fresh. Loaded with intense aromas of black fruits from the forest, it presents herbaceous and mineral notes, a remarkable balance between round and juicy tannins and its marked acidity with soft balsamic and good wood notes.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
