Adega de Borba Premium is an opulent and rich red wine from the Alentejo region, of an exuberant elegance, with notes of fine fragrances of mint and basil and full of aromas of ripe black fruits. It features very round and soft tannins, great aromatic intensity and a delicious acidity.
Winemaking:
Adega de Borba Premium is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira from the Alentejo's region. After the fermentation process, in stainless steel tanks, the wine is macerated for a short time and stays in new French oak, and chestnut wood barrels, for 6 months and further 6 months in bottle before being released into the market.

Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira.
Tasting Notes:
Adega de Borba Premium is a ripe red wine from the Alentejo region, with lots of aromatic intensity, aromas of ripe red fruits, mint and basil notes. It has a round and elegant structure and it highlights the delicious notes of ripe black fruits interwoven in dark chocolate touches and a wonderful acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
