Quinta da Pacheca Reserva Vinhas Velha is a red wine of great elegance, full of aromatic intensity and very structured body of the Douro region. It presents solid tannins, integrated into balsamic notes, ripe black fruits scents and ends in an extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta da Pacheca Reserva Vinhas Velha is a red wine produced from autochthones field blend red grape varieties from the Douro Region. After a fully de-stemmed the must are submitted to a long maceration. The fermentation occurred in granitic stone tanks, at a controlled temperature. The wine was then transferred to new and used's French oak barrels where it has stayed in contact with fine lees for 18 months, prior to being bottled.

Quinta da Pacheca Reserva Vinhas Velhas is an opulent and extraordinarily elegant red wine from the Douro region. It presents an aromatic bouquet full of aromas of ripe black fruits like plums and cherries, complemented by balsamic nuances, soft vanilla fragrances. Featuring imposing and succulent tannins, it ends in a fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 16°C à 18°C.
