Winemaking:
This White Green Wine, Anselmo Mendes Muros Melgaço Alvarinho, was produced exclusively from the Alvarinho grape variety of the Melgaço Region, one of the most renowned Vinho Verde production regions, and exclusively vineyards, with slopes exposed to the South. After harvesting, a slight skin maceration was carried out. The gentle clarification was done under low temperatures. The fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures 14-22 ° C. This White Green Wine, aged, in French oak barrels, for 6 months on fine lees with a regular batonnage before filtering and bottling.
