Adro da Sé Reserva is a red wine of extreme elegance of the Dão region. With rich aromas of ripe black fruits and sharped tannins, it has notes of fine wood, vanilla aromas, an attractive freshness, light body and a lot of minerality in its structure.

Winemaking:
Adro da Sé Reserva is a red wine produced from indigenous red grapes from the Dão Region as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Jaen and Alfrocheiro Preto. It fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 5 days, after a long period of maceration, and it stays for 4 months into stainless steel tanks, 10 months in new's French oak barrels prior to being bottled and it has maturated for 5 months into the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Adro da Sé Reserva is a red wine of extreme elegance and soft from the Dão region. It has good fruit complexity, good aromas of wild berries, such as blackberries, blueberries, and berries, vanilla notes, notes of fine wood and vigorous and sharped tannins. It is a wine of light structure and a very balanced acidity.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
