Distillation:
Aguardente distilled under steam in copper stills. The ageing is done slowly and naturally in French Limousin oak barrels for an average period of five years.

Store and Serve Advice:
Serve neat in a balloon glass at 20ºC as an everyday after-meal digestive. It can be served, as well, as a long drink with mineral water (still or sparkling), ginger ale, soda or tonic water for a delicious, vigorous and very refreshing treat.
