Quinta do Cerrado Reserva is a complex and round red wine from the Dão region. From aromas to ripe and fresh red fruits, it features intense mineral notes well integrated into balsamic notes, dark chocolate, and vanilla along with a well-balanced acidity and a clean and elegant structure.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Cerrado Reserva is a red wine, produced from indigenous red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Jaen from the Dão region. After a long maceration of 14 days, at cold, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then, the wine has been transferred to new's French oak barrels where it has stayed for 12 months prior to being bottled. The wine has maturated into the bottle for 3 months.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta do Cerrado Reserva is an intensely aromatic red wine from the Dão region. It features rich and intense aromas of ripe and fresh red fruits, mineral notes very well integrated into the round and succulent tannins along with an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
