Winemaking:
Quinta do Cerrado Reserva is a red wine, produced from indigenous red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Jaen from the Dão region. After a long maceration of 14 days, at cold, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then, the wine has been transferred to new's French oak barrels where it has stayed for 12 months prior to being bottled. The wine has maturated into the bottle for 3 months.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta do Cerrado Reserva is an intensely aromatic red wine from the Dão region. It features rich and intense aromas of ripe and fresh red fruits, mineral notes very well integrated into the round and succulent tannins along with an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Terrenus Amphorae presents itself as an elegant and rich red wine, in which the aromas of ripe black fruits are accompanied by earthy notes, minerality, and clay notes. It is a soft, fine red wine, with juicy and medium tannins and with very balanced acidity.
Messias Selection Bairrada is a red wine from the Bairrada Region. It has an intense aroma of fresh red berries surrounded by notes of spices and fresh flowers. It has a medium-bodied with round tannins and a long and fresh finish.
Xisto Cru is a complex, rich red wine with minimal intervention. A rustic, vigorous red wine, with pure primary aromas of ripe red fruit, barrel notes and delicate balsamic aromas. Of imposing, austere and concentrated tannins it presents fantastic mineral levels together with polished acidity.
Lenda de Dona Maria is an elegantly red wine from the Alentejo region, which expresses all its vigor with intense aromas of wild fruits, nuances of ripe black fruit. It features round tannins and very balanced acidity.
Cabeça de Burro Reserva is a red wine from the Douro wine region that brings sublime aromas of ripe red fruits, intense floral fragrances, and delicious balsamic nuances. It is an intense but delicate wine, with polished tannins but full of minerality and very balanced acidity.
Antónia Adelaide Ferreira is a red wine of excellent complexity and intensity. On the nose, it is a very expressive wine, where floral notes, red fruits, and spices predominate. In the mouth, it presents live tannins of excellent quality, with good acidity and a finish of great balance and longevity.
