Ervideira Invisivel is a white wine of almost transparent color, that presents notes of white fruits, fragrances of green tea leaves, mint, the bark of lime and salvo. It is a particularly elegant wine with balanced acidity and sublime citrus notes.
Winemaking:
Ervideira Invisivel is a white wine produced in the Alentejo region with Aragonez, one autochtonous red grapes variety. The grapes went harvested at the night and were transported to the warehouses into refrigerator chambers. After the fermentation process, at controlled and cold temperatures, the wine has stayed into stainless steel tanks, in contact with fine lees, and subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being bottled.

Ervideira Invisivel is a white wine of extreme elegance and fantastic citrus notes of the Alentejo region. Produced from red grapes variety of Aragonez, this white wine features notes of white fruits such as melon and pear and the scent of green tea leaf, mint leaves, and lime peel. It finishes long, with great persistence and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
