Citrus yellow colour. Elegant and complex aromas with mineral notes of stone, a little powder, white pepper, citrus fruits, apricot, jasmine and thyme. In the mouth it is full-bodied, but fresh, with exhilarating acidity.
Winemaking:
Druida is a white wine made almost by hand, with a special selection of grapes from old vineyards of the Encruzado variety. Fermented using only natural yeasts in oak barrels (the sacred tree of the druids), letting nature take its course for nine months, it's a unique wine for its complexity and personality.
