Dez Tostões est un vin rouge élégant de la région viticole de l'Alentejo qui a une structure harmonieuse, une très bonne palette aromatique et un bouquet riche et fruité. C'est un vin rouge aux tanins robustes et plein d'arômes de fruits noirs mûrs, de nuances minérales et d'une acidité délicate.
Winemaking:
Dez Tostões is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Touriga Nacional, and Syrah planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place, after a short maceration, in oak vats, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 12 months, in contact with lees, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Dez Tostões is a red wine that presents itself with an elegant and harmonious character, showing aromas of ripe black fruits, cherries and blackberries, combined with light floral nuances. It also has a complex balsamic bouquet, round and firm tannins and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
