For the production of this white wine from the region of Dão, Meia Encosta White Wine, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing without contact with the films. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The different varieties were vinified separately in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 ° C for a period of approximately 20 days. After 4 months of aging in stainless steel vats in contact with fine lees, the wine was bottled.

Malvasia-Fina, Encruzado, Bical e Fernão-Pires.
Tasting Notes:

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
Yellow straw color. Aroma of exotic fruit, pineapple and passion fruit. Floral notes of rosemary flower. In the mouth it is very round but with an amazing acidity. It is a fresh and very aromatic wine.
Tim Grande Reserva is a fine and delicate white wine from the Douro region. In the nose, the mineral component predominates along with notes of white fruit and flowers. In the mouth, it is a very elegant wine but also full of energy and complexity, with a mineral character and an extraordinary acidity. The finish is long and clear.
Light yellow color clear. Mineral aromas and citrus fruits, orange and lime. Floral aromas and bread toast predominate. The complexity in the mouth is dominant attesting well the aromatic balance with the persistent acidity. Round wine full of freshness with a long finish.
Messias Quinta do Penedo is a fresh white wine from Dão, rounded, with great fruit flavours. Both wood notes and spices are subtle and it allows the ripe apricot and citrus aromas be strongly highlighted. It is a very fine white wine with an outstanding minerality.
Herdade da Lisboa Viognier is a full-bodied, complex white wine which presents extraordinary citrus and fresh aromatic intensity. It has a pale yellow hue, with a citrus nose and unctuous structure with balsamic notes and very delicate acidity.
Vila Real Premium is an elegant white wine from the Douro, of great aromatic intensity and velvety structure. Its aromatic bouquet presents aromas of exotic fruits and citrus notes with balsamic perfumes and barrels notes that give it freshness and polished acidity.
