For the production of this white wine from the region of Dão, Meia Encosta White Wine, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing without contact with the films. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The different varieties were vinified separately in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 ° C for a period of approximately 20 days. After 4 months of aging in stainless steel vats in contact with fine lees, the wine was bottled.

Malvasia-Fina, Encruzado, Bical e Fernão-Pires.
Tasting Notes:

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
Light yellow color. Aroma deeply citric, tropical, but with a great complexity. Round and robust it has a large structure with a bitter and dry end characteristic of the Alvarinho variety.
Bota Velha Vinhas Antigas is an aromatic white wine, very expressive and with a velvety structure from the Douro wine region. It has a huge aromatic range with citrus notes, aromas of white pulp, and nuances of herbs. Finishes fresh, persistent, and with very balanced acidity.
Flor de S. José Reserva is a white wine of enormous quality, markedly citrus and of tense and well-marked minerality. It presents with citrus aromas, with flavours of lime and lemon and notes of graphite and wet stone. It is a wine with a velvety texture, creamy and very elegant acidity.
Quinta de Cidrô Chardonnay is a white wine from the Douro region which has a beautiful and slightly golden colour. Endowed with a lot of complexity, features lush aromas of vanilla, wood and buttery raw fruits. It reveals yellow-ripe fruits as peaches, apricots, toasted wood and spices alongside a great acidity.
Ribeiro Santo Encruzado is an elegant white wine from the region of Dão, which presents delicate and fine whitebark fruit aromas, such as green apples and peaches, complimented with nuances of citrus fruits and a poised acidity. It also features smooth notes of the wood barrel and sharped mineral notes.
Light yellow color clear. Mineral aromas and citrus fruits, orange and lime. Floral aromas and bread toast predominate. The complexity in the mouth is dominant attesting well the aromatic balance with the persistent acidity. Round wine full of freshness with a long finish.
