For the production of this white wine from the region of Dão, Meia Encosta White Wine, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing without contact with the films. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The different varieties were vinified separately in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 ° C for a period of approximately 20 days. After 4 months of aging in stainless steel vats in contact with fine lees, the wine was bottled.

Malvasia-Fina, Encruzado, Bical e Fernão-Pires.
Tasting Notes:

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
Conde D'Ervideira Private Selection is a complex, full-bodied and deeply tropical white wine. It presents velvety texture, greasiness, tropical aromas and soft citrus notes. It is a rich white wine from Alentejo, with good notes of wood, freshness and deep citric acidity.

Adega de Borba Reserva Rótulo de Cortiça is an intense white wine with aromas of tropical fruits from the Alentejo region. Dominating by citric notes and tropical fruits, it presents a rich and complex structure, full of freshness and great acidity.
Branco Vulcânico is an extraordinary white wine produced on the island of Pico in the wine region of the Azores.
