DSF Riesling is a high-quality white wine produced from the Riesling variety planted at high altitude in the wine region of Trás os Montes. It's a delicious white wine that expresses a whole citrus profile, mineral cut, exuberance in its aromaticity and profound elegance in its acidity.
Winemaking:
DSF Riesling is a white wine produced exclusively with white grapes of Riesling from vineyards planted above 630 meters of altitude in the Trás os Montes wine region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, at low temperatures, the wine aged in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, where it has been subject to regular stirring, for 9 months, prior to being bottled.

Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
