This red wine from the wine region of Portugal in Dão, Meia Encosta Vinho Tinto, was produced after the manual harvest followed by destemming and soft crushing. The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 6 days, during which it was subjected to several reassemblies. The different grape varieties that gave rise to this wine were vinified separately. 50% of the final batch aged 4 months in French oak barrels with the remaining wine aged in stainless steel vats prior to bottling.

Touriga Nacional, Jaen, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Quinta do Crasto Touriga Franca is an extraordinary red wine that features great intensity and concentration of red fruit aromas with very well integrated with soft floral fragrances. It is a powerful, intense but very elegant red wine, with an extraordinary volume and juicy tannins. It ends with extraordinary acidity and freshness.
Monte da Ravasqueira Clássico is a red wine from the Alentejo, aromatic, fruity, very balanced and very elegant. It presents notes of fresh red fruits, with mineral nuances and notes of wild red fruits, supported by juicy, round and very soft tannins.
Ruby red colour with violet tones. Aroma dominated by fresh red fruits like strawberries and blackberries combined with spicy notes from ageing in barrels. Well balanced acidity, soft and ripe tannins showing a fresh and elegant finish.
Vale do Inferno Reserva is a very rich and complex red wine from the Douro region. It presents a very expressive aromatic bouquet, where notes of black and red fruit and flowers predominate, in addition to a polished and very incisive acidity, high quality tannins and a long and serious finish.
Discórdia is an elegant, fresh, and genuine red wine. It reveals authentic red fruit aromas, a lot of purity and clarity in the aromatic notes, and a lot of freshness. It is a red wine with juicy and fruity tannins and very balanced acidity.
Crasto Superior Syrah features a dark purple colour. It has an excellent aroma intensity, with complex notes of wild berry fruit that are well balanced with fresh cocoa hints. It's a red wine with an extraordinary volume and structure, with fresh, velvety-textured tannins and fine acidity. It has a fresh, balanced and lingering ending.
