This red wine from the wine region of Portugal in Dão, Meia Encosta Vinho Tinto, was produced after the manual harvest followed by destemming and soft crushing. The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 6 days, during which it was subjected to several reassemblies. The different grape varieties that gave rise to this wine were vinified separately. 50% of the final batch aged 4 months in French oak barrels with the remaining wine aged in stainless steel vats prior to bottling.

Touriga Nacional, Jaen, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Costa Boal Tinto Cao presents a broad and very expressive aromatic bouquet, dominated by aromas of ripe wild fruits. It is a red wine that expresses balsamic and floral fragrances, dominated by notes of vanilla, spices, black pepper and menthol. With fleshy tannins, it ends with ample minerality and fantastic acidity.

Mouchao Dom Rafael is a young, elegant and very fruity red wine from the Alentejo region. It presents an extraordinary bouquet of fragrances, intense fruity aromas, round and silky tannins very well integrated into its mineral notes.
Andreza Reserva is a fruity and elegant red wine from Douro, dominated by a high concentration of ripe fruits layered by some wonderful hints of vanilla. It's a structured red wine with good tannins and great minerality.
Arché is a red wine of enormous quality and with aromas of ripe and complex red fruits from the estate of Sobroso produced in the Alentejo wine region. It has a velvety texture, notes of dry tobacco leaf, spices and liquorice. It is a red wine with robust, imposing and juicy tannins along with very elegant acidity and great depth.
Argilla is a fresh and vigorous red wine from the Alentejo region that stands out with a live and youth character. It feautures superb notes of blackberries, blueberries and very ripe black cherry. It is limpid in itscaromas, full of minerality in its structure, of smooth tannins, and fantastic acidity.
