Winemaking:
Selected and manually harvested grapes with temperature controlled fermentation. It is then placed in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
Grape Varieties:
Malvasia Fina, Códega, Rabigato, Viosinho, Moscatel.
Tasting Notes:
Golden yellow colour with tropical scents. Easy, fresh, with a good marked acidity that balances the sweetness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 14ºC.
Dona Helena is a light and fresh white wine from the region of Palmela. It exudes floral and tropical fruit aromas and smooth acidity.
Quinta da Pacheca Superior is a white wine with an exotic aromatic intensity, showing aromas of tropical fruits, citrus nuances and floral notes. It presents a velvety texture, dry and mineral profile and very balanced acidity.

Vinha D'Ervideira Colheita Selecionada is a very elegant, long and persistent white wine with a tropical prevalence in its aromas. It presents notes of quince jam and very smooth citric nuances. It is a complex, mineral, fresh white wine with very balanced acidity.
Argilla is an intense and aromatic white wine from the Alentejo wine region that is long, fresh and mineral. It is velvety, with good notes of tropical fruits and citrus notes along with extraordinary acidity.
