Red fruits and spices aromas. Sweet notes of flowers, blackberries and spices. In the mouth is very smooth, with balanced acidity, very fine tannins.
Winemaking:
Harvesting by hand, total destemming and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, temperature controlled (24ºC). Partially matured in American and French oak barrels for a períod of 3 months.
Grape Varieties:
Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Red fruits and spices aromas. Sweet notes of flowers, blackberries and spices. In the mouth is very smooth, with balanced acidity, very fine tannins.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
