Dona Maria Grande Reserva is a full-bodied and complex red wine, which has a fantastic tannic profile combined with an aromatic structure of great amplitude, showing notes of ripe black fruit, wild fruits and floral fragrances. Also noteworthy are balsamic notes, spices, vanilla, mineral notes and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Dona Maria Grande Reserva is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Petit Verdot, Syrah, and Touriga Nacional, planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in marble's Lagares, at a controlled temperature. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it stayed, for 12 months, in contact with lees, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Dona Maria Grande Reserva is an intensely aromatic red wine, dominated by aromas of ripe black fruit together with fragrances of wild red fruits, floral notes. It presents great freshness, with delicate mineral notes, balsamic aromas of vanilla, black pepper and ends with a polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
