Monte da Ravasqueira Syrah is a red wine of great elegance, with delicious aromas of ripe black fruits, flavours of fresh herbs, delicate hints of mint and basil, notes of wild fruits, mineral nuances and highly polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Monte da Ravasqueira Syrah is a red wine produced with red grapes of Syrah planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 8 months, in contact with lees, prior to being bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
