Quinta do Gradil Cabernet Sauvignon Tinta Roriz is an elegant and velvety red wine from the Lisbon region. Marked by fragrances of ripe red fruits, it presents aromas riches of cherries and blackberries, a balanced minerality, vigorous tannins and good acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Gradil Cabernet Sauvignon Tinta Roriz is a red wine produced from red grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tinta Roriz. After a short period of maceration with the skins and the stalks for 3 days, the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. 20% of the batch has stayed for 4 months into 2's year's used French oak barrels, and the rest batch in stainless steel tanks for 8 months prior to being blended and bottled.

Quinta do Gradil Cabernet Sauvignon Tinta Roriz is a structured and vigorous red wine from the region of Lisbon. Endowed with good fruits in its aromatic structure, it combines mineral notes with a very good acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
