Borba Campus Vinhas Velhas is an elegant and fruity red wine. Exhibiting an open and fresh aromatic bouquet, it displays notes of ripe red fruits, with emphasis on aromas of ripe cherries and plums, delicate balsamic notes and a delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Borba Campus Vinhas Velhas is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, and Aragonez planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process, which occurred at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, the wine stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 12 months, prior to being transferred to French oak barrels, where it has stayed for 3 months prior to being bottled.

Borba Campus Vinhas Velhas is a red wine that presents intense aromas of ripe red fruits and light notes of spices and vanilla. It displays notes of plums and ripe cherries, along with delicate floral fragrances, soft tannins and very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
