Azul Portugal Alentejo is a full, elegant red wine, intensely laden with aromas of ripe red fruits, notes of dark chocolate and balsamic fragrances. It is a wine full of freshness, good volume, soft tannins and a mild acidity.
Winemaking:
Azul Portugal Alentejo is a red wine produced from red grapes of the region of the Alentejo as Syrah, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine stayed in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled.
