Papa Figos Douro Wine has a ruby-red colour. Intense aromas, floral, balsamic and resin. Notes of very ripe black and red fruits. In the mouth presents good volume, well-integrated acidity, very good quality tannins. The after-taste is elegant and harmonious.

Winemaking:
Hand picking, destemming, crushing and maceration of the grape skins, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, throughout the winter. Natural clarification by sedimentation of the particles. About 25% of the total of the batch carries out an approximately 8-month stage in French oak barrels. Bottled after 12 months.

Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca
Tasting Notes:
Papa Figos Wine has a Ruby-red colour. Intense aromas, floral, balsamic and resin. Notes of very ripe black and red fruits. In the mouth presents good volume, well-integrated acidity, very good quality tannins. The aftertaste is elegant and harmonious.
Store and Serve Advice:
Should be drunk young. Serve between 16ºC-18ºC
