Terras do Demo Brut is an outstanding Portuguese Sparkling Wine and its as good, as any great champagne. Terras do Demo Brut is an fantastic sparkling wine from the demarcated region of Távora-Varosa, in Beira Alta, the oldest demarcated region of Sparkling Wine in Portugal, spread over 3500 hectares of land, distributed in eight municipalities - Tarouca, Lamego, Sernancelhe, Moimenta da Beira, Penedono, Tabuaço, São João da Pesqueira and Armamar. It's in this Region that the Cooperativa Agrícola de Távora brings together, with the approximately 1350 associated farmers, the grapes that give rise to this Terras do Demo Brut. The Távora-Varosa Region might not be the most productive region of Portugal, but it's the region that produces more sparkling wine with the denomination of origin and quality assurance.

Tasting Notes:
Terras do Demo Brut looks like a perfect champagne. It starts with an impressive lively mousse. It is intensely rich, dense and still young, with a soft background to the ripe citrus fruits that are cut with a subtle acidity of mandarin. It worths every sip of this great fresh and long lasting sparkling wine.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.

Very very delicious sparkling wine with a perfect dry almond crisp and lovely lasting acidity.
It easy rates a good Champagne though the french might have an other opinion I think it's a scoop for a very reasonable price.
Casal Mendes Blue is a blue sparkling wine with a sweet profile, with a very elegant mousse, a vibrant and expressive bubble, a lot of freshness, with some notes of yeast and toasted bread and some dried fruits.
Murganheira Chardonnay Brut is a rounded and refined Portuguese sparkling wine packed with fresh fruit aromas. It has a soft texture and several dried fruit aromas well balanced allowing the acidity to shine through its wonderful and fine bubble.
Citrus yellow color with fine, persistent bubble. The aroma reveals the fruit of the Alvarinho variety, ripe citrus fruits and some tropical fruits, denoting a good balance between acidity and alcohol. The flavor has persistence and complexity.
Aliança Grande Reserva is a sparkling wine that presents aromas of tropical fruit with ripe citrus and notes of toasted bread, yeast and delicate floral notes. It is a sparkling wine that has a fine and elegant bubble with aromas of passion fruit mousse, with highlighted mineral aromas and very well integrated acidity.

Murganheira Red Brut has a deep beautiful ruby colour. Reveals high concentration of red fruit aromas wrapped on an exuberant and fine mousse. It's extremely elegant and aromatic, with a balanced and lingering's final.
