Terras do Demo Brut is an outstanding Portuguese Sparkling Wine and its as good, as any great champagne. Terras do Demo Brut is an fantastic sparkling wine from the demarcated region of Távora-Varosa, in Beira Alta, the oldest demarcated region of Sparkling Wine in Portugal, spread over 3500 hectares of land, distributed in eight municipalities - Tarouca, Lamego, Sernancelhe, Moimenta da Beira, Penedono, Tabuaço, São João da Pesqueira and Armamar. It's in this Region that the Cooperativa Agrícola de Távora brings together, with the approximately 1350 associated farmers, the grapes that give rise to this Terras do Demo Brut. The Távora-Varosa Region might not be the most productive region of Portugal, but it's the region that produces more sparkling wine with the denomination of origin and quality assurance.

Tasting Notes:
Terras do Demo Brut looks like a perfect champagne. It starts with an impressive lively mousse. It is intensely rich, dense and still young, with a soft background to the ripe citrus fruits that are cut with a subtle acidity of mandarin. It worths every sip of this great fresh and long lasting sparkling wine.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.

It easy rates a good Champagne though the french might have an other opinion I think it's a scoop for a very reasonable price.
Casal Garcia Sparkling wine Rose it's a very expressive Portuguese sparkling wine with hints of red berries, wild strawberries, and ripe fruit notes. It features a delicate mousse with an incredible freshness.
Messias mid dry is a Portuguese sparkling wine very interest from the region of Bairrada. Although being in a Mid-Dry category, it's not too sweet and it has plenty of freshness, dry figs, some some toast notes and a very interesting acidity along with a fine and elegant bubble.
Mateus Rosé is a Portuguese rosé sparkling wine full of intensity, aromas of berry, raspberry and strawberry's fruits, along with subtle notes of fresh yeast. It is a very fruity sparkling wine backed up in a very elegant bubble and a very balanced acidity.

Murganheira Reserva Rose Brut is a rich pink sparkling wine with a light structure of tannins. It shows great red berry fruit aromas and a balanced acidity alongside subtle touches of toasted yeasts. There is a softness on the aftertaste that pairs remarkably with a refined bubble giving it an extraordinary elegance.
Messias Millesime Grand Cuvée Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine from the Bairrada region with wild berry aromas, sharp acidity, notes of toast and fresh yeasts. Features a medium bubble and an elegant mousse alongside the fragrances of ripe citric fruits.
