Quinta de Santiago Reserva Brut is an aromatic, fruity sparkling wine with delicious citrus aromas. It has a velvety structure, tropical nuances, fine bubble, and tangerine mousse.
Winemaking:
Quinta de Santiago Reserva Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with Alvarinho white grape's varieties in the region of Vinho Verde. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. It stayed for 6 months in stainless steel vats, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, subjected to a regular stirred, prior to the second fermentation where the wine has maturated 15 months.

Quinta de Santiago Reserva Brut is a very elegant sparkling wine, aromatic with citrus fragrances. It is a very complex sparkling wine, with a velvety structure, notes of tropical fruits, and citrus acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
