Carvalhais Mélange à 3 is an elegant, fruity red wine with clear aromas. It is a red wine that highlights flavors of ripe red fruits, such as cherries, plums and raspberries, and fragrances of fig compote. With mineral and soft tannins, it ends in a very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Carvalhais Mélange à 3 is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grapes from Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro from the Dão wine region. After this quick maceration process, the wine started the fermentation process in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine remained there for 8 months before being bottled.

Carvalhais Mélange à 3 is a red wine with limpid aromas of ripe red fruits, with notes of cherry, plum along with mineral notes and soft and balanced acidity.

Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
