Winemaking:
This red wine from the Region of Dão was harvested by hand and was trodden in granite wineries. The fermentation occurred for 27 days at controlled temperatures with prolonged maceration, in contact only with grape stalks and without skins, in granite stone vats. Aged for 27 months in an old French oak barrel before bottling.

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Costa Boal Tinto Cao presents a broad and very expressive aromatic bouquet, dominated by aromas of ripe wild fruits. It is a red wine that expresses balsamic and floral fragrances, dominated by notes of vanilla, spices, black pepper and menthol. With fleshy tannins, it ends with ample minerality and fantastic acidity.
Quinta da Pedra Escrita is an intense and very fresh red wine with notes of black and red fruits. In the mouth, it's very refreshing with present tannins and balanced acidity.
Cortes de Cima Touriga Nacional is a structured and solid red wine from Alentejo. It has full of rich, ripe black fruits. It is rounded with succulent tannins and a strong mineral acidity.

Quinta da Pacheca Grande Reserva Touriga Francesa is an impactful red wine in its aromatic intensity, harmonious in its structure, and very elegant as a whole. It presents aromas of wild fruits such as blackberries, berries and raspberries, light floral fragrances, balsamic notes, and polished acidity.
Beyra Reserva is a virtuous and complex red wine from the Beira Interior region. Of dry and mineral profile, it has abundant aromas of ripe red fruits, a strong presence of notes of cherries and wild berries, wrapped in delicious vanilla and notes of spices alongside firm tannins and great acidity.
