Ribeiro Santo Vinha da Neve is a red wine produced from indigenous red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinto Cão from the Dão wine region. The wine was subjected to a short cold maceration, after fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it remained for 12 months. After being bottled, it aged for 6 months in a cool cellar.

Tasting Notes:
Ribeiro Santo Vinha da Neve is an energetic and elegant red wine from the Dão region. It presents a bouquet of aromas of wild fruits, forest flowers, and a small mineral touch. In the mouth, it is structured, with tannins present and excellent acidity. The finish is long and vigorous.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
