Quinta dos Aciprestes is a red wine from the Douro region with a remarkable balance and presents well ripe fruit flavours and complex aromas, spices notes, vanilla and minerality. It is a wine with elegant tannins and sharp acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta dos Aciprestes is a red wine produced from indigenous red grapes such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz from the Douro region. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine stayed 12 months, on used French oak barrels, prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.
