The grapes were harvested by hand, selected and subjected to controlled cooling followed by a light pressing. The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it stayed for 12 months prior to being bottled.
