Vimioso Premium is a delicate and floral white wine with citrus aromas and hints of tropical fruit. It presents an elegant and fruity structure, with very balanced acidity and intensity of excellent quality.
Winemaking:
Vimioso Premium is a white wine produced in the Tejo wine region with white grape varieties of Arinto and Fernão Pires. The wine was subjected to a short maceration at cold temperatures, prior to being fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine was subjected to regular stirring for the last 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Vimioso Premium is an elegant, refined and structured white wine. With markedly citrus aromas, it presents aromas of tropical fruits in its bouquet, and delicate floral fragrances as well as very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
