Cadão is a young and vibrant red wine from the Douro wine region. It presents an elegant, clean structure, with aromas of ripe red fruits and nuances of wild fruits, along with balsamic notes and very balanced and soft acidity.
Winemaking:
Cadão is a red wine produced from red grapes from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz from the Douro wine region. After partial destemming, and pressing, the wine was macerated for a short period with the skins prior to being transferred to stainless steel tanks where the fermentation process has taken place. The wine has been bottled after 2 years of ageing.

Tasting Notes:
Cadão is a young red wine, fresh which presents full of aromas of ripe red fruits and notes of wild fruits. It is a clean, mineral and fruity red wine with sublime balsamic notes and elegant and soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
