Caves Velhas Reserva Catedral is an elegant and fruity red wine. It displays an engaging aromatic profile where aromas of ripe red fruits stand out in soft balsamic notes, enveloping tannins, and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Caves Velhas Reserva Catedral is a red wine produced from autochthonous red grapes of Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro, and Touriga Nacional from the Dão wine region. It has macerated for a short periode and it has fermented at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to used's French oak barrels, where it has stayed for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Caves Velhas Reserva Catedral is an intensely aromatic red wine, with complex aromas of ripe red fruit enveloped in delicious notes of vanilla and spices. It presents delicate tannins, floral fragrances and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
