Winemaking:
This red wine, Quinta da Falorca Garrafeira 2009, was produced from a careful selection of grapes in the harvest. The grapes are destemmed and crushed to extract the musts. The fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures in granitic mills with very prolonged maceration, in contact with the skins with 60% of the batch to be aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and the remaining 40% aged 24 months in French oak barrels. At the end of the two years, they spent 30 more months in the bottle.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Bacalhôa Syrah is an elegant and dense red wine from the Península de Setúbal wine region. On the nose, there are aromas of red fruit, cherry, and spices, along with delicious notes of vanilla. Borges Reserva is a rich red wine from Dão, full of fruit concentration, austere and potent tannins and elegant balsamic aromas. It is a very complex red wine, incorporating mineral notes, which give it freshness and elegance, notes of spices and dry tobacco leaf that give it quality along with well-marked acidity.
Quanta Terra Inteiro is a red wine laden with complex aromas of the Douro region and it presents extreme elegance on its structure. With marked aromas of macerated black fruits, it combines mineral notes with spices and balsamic nuances. It presents tannins worked with time, already soft but still succulent and an extraordinary acidity.
Dark ruby colour.Fragrances floral to violets. Aromas of forest fruits, ripe gooseberry and berries in harmony with wood. Robust but soft tannins and wild fruits with a great balance and complexity. Very soft, pleasant and very persistent.
Quinta do Corujão M.O.B. Vinha Senna is a markedly mineral and robust red wine from the Dão region. Of austere and imposing tannins, it is a wine that exudes the best aromas of perfectly mature black fruits, along with notes of spices and cacao. It also presents notes of extraordinary wood and great acidity.
