Quinta de Ervamoira and Quinta dos Bons Ares provided the grapes for the production of this red wine. The grapes were harvested manually from carefully selected vines. The vinification took place in small stainless steel tanks and in granite presses. One month later, the wine was removed from the vats and the grape mass was pressed into a vertical wine dish. The malolactic fermentation took place in barrels (including new barrels and one of filling) and barrels of 6200 litres, both of French oak. Ageing in wood for 18 months.
