Winemaking:
Careful selection of the grapes that make up the batch. Total destemming, light press. Light maceration of 8 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. 30% of the batch matured in French oak vats for 6 months. Final lot matures 12 months in bottle before being released on the market.

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Toriga Franca.

Quinta da Bacalhôa is a classic and elegant red wine from the region of the Peninsula de Setubal. From very soft and fruity tannins, it exudes aromas of very ripe red fruits, almond blossom fragrances, along with delicious notes of vanilla, spices and ends with gentle and delicate mineral notes.
